Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan had started working on building his party brick by brick. He had constituted committees for the women wing of the party from the State level to the district level and Parliamentary constituency level.
It was a fortnight ago Pawan Kalyan declared that he would focus on building the party district units. He held series of the meetings with the party leaders on making his own assessment of the party leadership in every district and identifying the candidates to head the party. Now, in a move forward, Pawan Kalyan had named his party’s women wing leaders for the State.
There are highly educated women in the new team, which is called Jana Sena Veera Mahila team. He is also planning to build the party youth wing in the next phase to strengthen the party, before going for the district level units for the party.
Meanwhile, the Jana Sena chief also made a request to the Indian government to rescue the Telugu students who are in trouble in US. He wrote letters to the state and the central governments to rescue the students who are now in the custody of the US emigration officials. He said he was pained at the situation of the Telugu students and wondered why the governments were silent to the misery.
The Jana Sena’s NRI team is also actively working to help these students. In fact, the Jana Sena NRI team had offered to help the visitors, particularly the students, landing in US. That was a good gesture from the political party, besides the organisations like TANA, ATA and NATA, which have been into service activities for several years.
